THANKSGIVING DAY PARADE 2010

In cooperation with the New York Police Department, the Fire Department of New York and the Port Authority of N.Y. and N.J., the National Law Enforcement and Firefighters Children’s Foundation holds an annual Thanksgiving Day Parade event each year for children who lost a parent in the line of duty.

The event is free for all of the children and their families and features an up-close look at the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade from the ESPN Zone in Times Square, great food and games.

Law Enforcement Exploring 2009 Spring Competition Hosted by the National Law Enforcement & Firefighters Children’s Foundation

The NLEAFCF sponsored the Law Enforcement Exploring Spring Competition Day at Camp Pouch in Staten Island.  450 Explorers from New York City’s 5 boroughs came to compete in different law enforcement scenarios.  Despite the dreary weather the day was a huge success.
