Executive Director’s Message
Alexandra Nigolian, NLEAFCF Executive Director
Since 2002, the National Law Enforcement and Firefighters Children’s Foundation (NLEAFCF) has generated funding to support children and families across the nation who have lost a loved one in the line of duty. Each day law enforcement officers and firefighters sacrifice their lives to protect our communities. When the ultimate sacrifice is made in the line of duty, the NLEAFCF is able to provide financial assistance to children and families of the fallen through grants and scholarships. Additionally, the NLEAFCF offers financial support to the families of law enforcement personnel and firefighters who become permanently disabled in the line of duty. Further, the Foundation is dedicated to granting not only immediate, but long term support to the children and families of these fallen or disabled heroes. Besides affording financial support to the families of “everyday heroes,” the NLEAFCF is committed to promoting activities and programs created and operated by law enforcement and firefighting organizations to educate communities all over the nation.
From Anchorage, Alaska to those affected by September 11 here in New York, we strive to help families from every corner of the nation. With your generous donations we will continue to provide long-term support to children and families from different communities nationwide.
