TOMORROW’S HEROES

cover-image2Founded in 2002 by Al and Patsy Kahn, the National Law Enforcement and Firefighters Children’s Foundation (NLEAFCF) works to help children and families nationwide affected by a line of duty death.  Since its inception, the NLEAFCF has given hundreds of thousands of dollars in the form of scholarships and grants to children and families of law enforcement agents and firefighting personnel killed or permanently disabled in the line of duty, as well as to programs created and operated by law enforcement and firefighting organizations that aim to educate youth and their communities.

OUR MISSION                     

The National Law Enforcement and Firefighters Children’s Foundation (NLEAFCF) is dedicated to helping children of law enforcement and firefighting personnel. The Foundation provides financial support to both children who have lost a parent in the line of duty as well as families enduring significant financial hardships due to tragic circumstances. NLEAFCF also supports, promotes, and facilitates educational activities and programs created and operated by law enforcement and firefighting organizations whose purpose is to benefit children or the community at large.

Thank you for your interest in the National Law Enforcement and Firefighters Children’s Foundation. The NLEAFCF has set up Grant & Scholarship programs for children of fallen or disabled law enforcement personnel and firefighters. The foundation also promotes and facilitates educational activities and programs created and operated by law enforcement & firefighting organizations whose purpose is to benefit children or the community at large.

I believe there is no more important mission for a foundation than helping the children of our nation’s law enforcement personnel and firefighters - and educating all children through the programs of these organizations.  This is a long-term commitment, a promise to the people who defend and protect us and a major investment in the future of this nation. It is our responsibility as a society to ensure that these children achieve their full potential as active citizens and thriving members of the community.  We’re grateful for your donations and support for “Tomorrow’s Heroes.”
